The impact of personalized service on the loyalty of the customers in a restaurant
This study is the development of the Anthony Dio Martin's Concept in the service industry. The service concept that will be elaborated more in this study is personalized service, which is based on the CARE concept. CARE is the abbreviation of Care, Attention, Relation and Emotion. rnrnCustomer loyalty is a state where satisfied customers will return to purchase again and persuade others to use that company's products or services.rnrnIn this study the author's research was done by using the survey method and the Pearson coefficient correlation to get to know the impact of personalized service towards the customer loyalty.
