Analyze and design customer relationship management system requirements in directorate e-procurement of lembaga kebijakan pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah (lkpp)
This thesis purpose is to analyze business process and design Customer RelationshiprnManagement System (CRMS) in directorate e-procurement of LKPP based on SoftwarernRequirements Specification, SRS will be used as the reference in configuration of newrnCRMS. The purpose of using customer relationship management system is to integraterninformation system and simplifies communication among fellow employees.rnThis project focuses in configuring the generic CRMS for Directorate of e-procurement on the analysis towards the current system condition, requirement definition, and functional model development. Interview, build use case diagram, modeling using IDEF0 diagram, create gap analysis, and create SRS is the methodology of this project. As a result, SRS will be used as the reference in configuration of new CRM software.
