Analysis the factors that influence consumer purchase decision in automobile industry (case study of PD KIA Antareja BSD)
PD KIA Antareja BSD is one of the companies in Indonesia that sells KIA car and as a service center for KIA. The purpose of this thesis research is to identify which one of the influencing factors that has the most influence in affecting consumer buying decision in purchasing car. The data is taken through primary data and secondary data. The primary data obtained from distributed questionnaires to 100 respondents in South Tangerang area. SEM and AMOS software are used to calculate and analyzed the data from the questionnaires. This research proved that past experience, product quality, price and recommendation have their own influence to consumer buying decision in purchasing car. Product quality and price are the factors that have significant influence in affecting the consumer buying decision.
