Implementation of Very Low Frequency Method in Detecting and Classifying Metal in XYZ Manipulator
The purpose of this thesis project is to implement the very low frequency sensor in a XYZ manipulator. the manipulator is used to relocate the material to the storage and store it to different location. Automatic storage system has been commonly used by major company to increase the production line and reduce human error. There is four different material to be distinguished which is aluminum, stainless steel, mild steel and non metal. the sensor detects the material by its induction and gives a vary voltage value as an output and then checked by the arduino. the arduino is controlled by Qt using a push button to make the control easier and show better display.
