This thesis work is made to design and develop a wireless online simulation and control system of existing SGU Existing SGU Festo MPS Processing Station using Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation. the integration of some different controllers and data transfer for online simulation data and control is a sophisticated work and it must be configured thoroughly. Therefore, some methods to synchronize the communication protocol and controllers(CubieBoard) are used in this thesis work. After configuring and synchronizing the system, the Simulation system could display the process according to condition of the station (online). the control function on Plant Simulation could be used for operating the station. However, success rate of data transfer depends on the condition of Wireless connection. Therefore, it is not suitable for emergency and critical control system.
