In this research, the author want to optimize the project completion time using combination of gantt chart method and critical path method. Based on the author experience in PT. Siemens Indonesia and also interview with the project engineering manager of PT. Siemens Indonesia, there is a lot of delay for every project. Gantt chart method will se the whole of project and critical path method will looking for every single steps during the project and also see which step that is critical and cannot be delayed. the combination of this two method hopefully will minimize the delay of project completion time.
