The Analysis of Community Art Park Improvement in Becoming a Cultural tourism Attraction in Jakarta. Case Study: Komunitas Seni (Kota Seni) Suropati

Community Art Park is a place that can be used as a hub for all related artistic activity within the community that could be outright as a tourism attraction. This study tries to analyze the application of Community Art Park at Komunitas Seni (KotaSeni) Suropati, as a cultural tourism attraction in Jakarta. This research used a quantitative data. It was supported with primary data from a questionnaire using Likert scale that was collected from 100 respondents, which are the visitors and members of KotaSeni Suropati along with residents around Taman Suropati. the secondary data was collected from books, websites, and related journals. Results shows that there is an impact of Community Art on Cultural tourism (36%) and the factor of Community Art that has the highest influence on Cultural tourism is 98%. Based on this case study, the community art should be improved in order to gain more positive impact toward cultural tourism. the creativity presence and government support factor from Community Art and public space factor from Cultural tourism should be maximized so that it can bring a positive impact toward Cultural tourism at the highest level.
