Analysis current marketing strategy of ministry of culture and tourism in 2010 tourism campaign
The ministry of culture and tourism in Indonesia is called Departemen budaya dan pariwisata (DEPBUDPAR). The Indonesian Ministry of Culture and Tourism has set up strategies to increase the growth of tourism to maximize the number of tourists to come to Indonesia. One of government effort to find ways to tackle improve the tourist number was the campaign of ?Visit Indonesia year campaign?. Marketing strategies is one of these efforts to better tourism in Indonesia and it is very important. The purpose of this research is to discover the effectiveness of marketing strategy on Visit Indonesia 2010 of ministry of culture and tourism. The ministry of culture and tourism marketing strategy has increase number of tourist. This research show the analysis by comparing each marketing strategy and find which strategy is the best to use to increase touirst in Indonesia.
