Optimizing food presentation style to increase customer satisfaction at Luna Negra Restaurant - case study: Tapas presentation style
Globalization has changed the outlook of people in everyday life. Recently, food has received the most attention and there is demand for more exotic recipes. Therefore thernpurposes of this research are to analyze the impact of optimizing food presentation (Tapas) toward customer satisfaction. The second purpose is to identify the level of satisfaction from each six indicators.rnThis thesis is a type of descriptive research, using quantitative that is explained by tabulation and statistics utilizing SPSS program and qualitative data that is obtained through interview. After a thorough analysis, the result shows that product presentation at Luna Negra is very attractive, the service is very satisfying and the customers want to visit this restaurant again and highly recommend this to their friends and relatives. On the other hand, this restaurant has low ambience, the price is expensive or not value for money and the location is less accessible.
