Design and develop master & slave communication system and path executor for mecanum wheel robot
A mecanum wheel robot has been constructed and developed in Mechatronic System Design 2 Project with the name HAGN. HAGN stands for Harris Glenn. Many mechanics of the robot need to be improved in this thesis especially in transmission mechanic. This robot implements path planning and path executor architecture. The path execute program receive input from path planning program and then give command to two motor drivers. A master and slave system is developed for communication system between path executor program and motor driver. Pololu protocol is used to communicate with motor driver. The path executor program is developed by using Qt framework. This thesis will discuss the algorithm of path executor and design of master and slave system configuration.
