This thesis project is focuses on developing SOP and Service Catalog for e- procurement service improvement in LKPP. The SOP that is required by LKPP has not been developed yet. It will be used as the standard service in ITO department. The unavailability of SOP in ITO department will result procedure variation in deliver the services. It will make the service process that performed by ITO department is ineffective and inefficient which leads to inconsistency in the product result in significant error. The Plan, Research, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (PRDIE) framework is adopted for SOP development methodology in achieving the SOP development to be effective. The result will be the SOP that has been approved by ITO chief department as a standard service for ITO department.
