Designing Automatic Power Factor Correction System Using Arduino Microcontroller
This thesis project is focusing on designing power factor correction system which will automatically correct the power factor by microcontroller as the base. By using microcontroller as main control panel, the microcontroller will monitoring every input and output signal between the supply source and the load, and then calculate and measure the variable data which related to power factor correction system. the capacitor bank installed parallel with the load through relay connection board. the microcontroller will control the capacitor bank through the relay by switch on/off the relay.The microcontroller will do all the algorithm calculation and decides the next procedure to be executed.The final result of calculation will be displayed on LCD display.
