Optimizing the Role of the Insurance Broker: A Case Study in PT Asuransi Allianz Utama Indonesia - Underwriting Department
This study aims to analyze the importance of relationship with the insurance brokers and to determine actions to improve the quality of the relationship in order to achieve higher targeted gross written premium and to recommend actions required to improve the quality visit.nnThe research starts with the definition of the problem being the question whether the insurance brokers significant to the achievement of the gross written premium in PT. Asuransi Allianz Utama Indonesia.nnThis study will address the opportunity for improving the quality of relationship, since the insurance brokers are the valuable customer that develops mutual business cooperation. The study is as well significant because of its implications for developing insurance broker loyalty and result in profit. nnThis study took a case study basis which cover research question, data collection within the organization, analysis of cost and benefit from the relationship and improvement opportunity to obtain the business accounts from insurance brokers.nnIn order to maintain a good relationship with the insurance brokers that will impact to the achievement of targeted gross written premium, PT. Asuransi Allianz Utama Indonesia try to provide good services for them.
